I have over 20 years of experience in health research and education.  This background instilled in me a strong understanding of the healthcare system and the importance of evidence-based interventions.  I'm also naturally curious and passionate about health and wellness, particularly behavioral health and understanding human motivations.  This passion led me to pursue a degree in psychology and a career in health research (“let’s find the cause then we can solve the problem!”).  After becoming a parent to a neurodivergent child I embarked on a deep dive into autism, parenting, psychology, and biology.  I've devoured books, researched countless therapies, spoken with experts, and listened to hundreds of podcasts.

My parenting journey has taken many twists and turns and I want to be a valuable resource for others on a similar path.  A free discovery call can help you determine if my services are a good fit for you.

Schedule a free discovery call to discuss your questions and concerns.  We can explore your needs and help you decide where to start.  The free discovery call is also a chance to see if we're a good fit for each other.  I'm not, I'm happy to refer you to someone who might be a better match.  

As a coach, I provide support in areas you want to grow, change, or would like guidance in.  I use a strengths-based approach to help you tap into your motivations and achieve your wellness goals.

Therapy often focuses on resolving past difficulties impacting your present.  Therapists are licensed health professionals who can treat mental health disorders.  Coaching is future-focused and supports personal growth based on self-initiated goals.

Emotional wellbeing is your ability to manage your emotions and cope with life's challenges.  Improving emotional wellbeing involves understanding your emotions and how they influence your behavior.  These insights allow you to respond rather than react to difficult situations with greater clarity and confidence.

During our sessions, we'll delve into the areas where you need the most support.  I will hold space for you to talk about your challenges.  We'll explore themes or topics that are currently present for you, and then based on what feels right or most valuable to you we'll identify an initial focus area.  From there we'll create a customized plan that meets your needs.  All of this happens within a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

This is totally up to you.  Typically change takes time, so a standard practice is weekly sessions for 8-12 weeks.  However, you can choose the pace that works best for you.   If you would like more autism parent support services vs. emotional wellbeing coaching, these sessions can be one-time or as needed.

The initial Discovery call is FREE.  After that each coaching session is $75 for 45 minutes.  New and existing clients can book  appointments HERE.

Possibly!  Certain criteria must be met in order to use your HSA or FSA.  If you are interested in exploring this option let me know and I can help.

I'm a NBC-HWC board-certified health and wellness coach specializing in emotional wellbeing.  I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, am a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction instructor (MBSR-T), and have over 20 years of experience in health research and education.  Most importantly, I'm the parent of a neurodivergent child.
