Hi, I’m Jenn.

I help parents raising neurodivergent children find more ease, clarity, and confidence on their parenting journey.

I’m a board certified health and wellness coach specializing in emotional wellbeing. I’m also a mom to a son diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, and SPD.

Why I Do This Work…

Parenting is hard — and when you're raising a neurodivergent child, the challenges can feel uniquely overwhelming. I’ve been there.
When my son was young, I tried so many things to “feel better,” searching for something that would help. It wasn’t until I found coaching that things really started to shift.

Coaching is a supportive, forward-focused process that helps you get clear on where you are, where you want to be, and what might be getting in the way.

Whether you're feeling stuck, unsure, or simply exhausted, coaching offers compassionate guidance and practical, evidence-based tools to support you - so that you can navigate the ups and downs of parenting with more clarity and resilience.

My Approach

Evidence-Informed

I draw on science-backed frameworks and proven tools to help you better understand and improve your emotional health.

Personalized

I won’t hand you a pre-made wellness plan or tell you what to do. Instead, I’ll help you tap into your own strengths, your lifestyle, and what truly works for you—so you can create a path that feels authentic and sustainable.

Rooted in Experience

As a mom to a neurodivergent child I get it. I know how overwhelming and isolating it can feel—it's why I do this work.

Learn How We Can Work Together

1:1 Emotional Wellbeing Coaching

We'll start by exploring where your emotional wellbeing is today. As you build a stronger understanding of your emotions, patterns, and values, we’ll create a personalized plan that helps you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

1:1 Autism Parent Support

With so many services, supports, and opinions out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. I’ll help you cut through the noise, and get clear on what matters most to you, so you can move forward with greater confidence in choosing the next right steps for your child.

FAQ

  • During our sessions, I’ll provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore the areas where you need the most support. We'll talk through your current challenges and themes, and together, identify an initial focus based on what feels most valuable to you. From there, we'll create a customized plan that meets your needs and goals. For more details, click here to view my Welcome to Health Coaching letter.

  • Therapy often focuses on healing past experiences that are affecting your present. Therapists are licensed health professionals who diagnose and treat mental health conditions. Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and supports personal growth based on your self-initiated goals.

  • This is totally up to you.  Typically change takes time, so a standard practice is weekly sessions for 8-12 weeks depending on your goals.  However, you can choose the pace that works best for you.  Sessions can also be one-time or as needed.

  • The initial discovery call is free. After that, each coaching session is $75 for 60 minutes (with the first session extended to 90 minutes).

If you have an HSA or FSA account, you may be able to use it for coaching services. Let me know if you’re interested in exploring this option, and I’ll help you get started.

  • I'm an NBC-HWC board-certified health and wellness coach specializing in emotional wellbeing. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, am a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction instructor (MBSR-T), and bring over 20 years of experience in health research and education. Most importantly, I’m also a parent to a neurodivergent child, which gives me a deep, personal understanding of the journey.

  • Schedule a free discovery call to discuss your questions and concerns. We’ll explore your needs and help you decide where to start. It’s also an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit to work together — and if not, I’m happy to refer you to someone who might be a better match.

  • Emotional wellbeing is your ability to manage emotions and navigate life’s challenges. Strengthening it involves understanding your emotions and how they shape your behavior, helping you respond — rather than react — to difficult situations with greater clarity and confidence.

  • Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.  You can book a free discovery call or email me directly at jrose@feelgoodparenting.net.
