Together we will review and evaluate the areas you need support with regards to your child and then come up with a plan of action that is actually doable and that you feel good about.
We will determine where your emotional wellbeing currently stands and what's behind your feelings. As you get to know your emotions, tendencies and values better we will co-create a plan for getting you where you want to be.
